Request Email Change

From VanRO Ragnarok Online

Procedure

Send an email to support (at) rebirthro (dot) com, or go to support.rebirthro.com and open a ticket with the following information:


If you have access to the original email


  • Account Name
  • One or Two Character Names
  • New Email
  • New Email [Type It Again To Confirm]


If you do not have access to the original email


  • Your account MUST be unshared, for as long as possible.
  • Submit your ticket with as much information as possible about the account.
  • Provide donation receipts showing proof of ownership if you have them from at least 2-3 months prior.
  • Include all information listed above:
    • Account Name
    • One or Two Character Names
    • New Email
    • New Email [Type It Again To Confirm]
  • Wait far more patiently as the process is a bit more demanding without access to the original email.


All email change requests are done manually, and may take anywhere from a day to a few weeks to complete.


Once an email has been sent, please be patient. Do not go to the GM Help Desk and ask about the status of your request. The GM team and Support team are different, and the GMs will not be able to answer your question.
