Plot

Charlie is a wandering hat maker by trade. He can help you create an Angeling Hat, a Phoenix Crown or an Emperor's Laurel Crown.

Charlie's Location

• Warp to Alberta.
• Walk west until you reach a bunch of buildings. Walk south, then east and go up the steps.
• Talk to Charlie (Located at 73 53) at the top of the steps.
• Bring him the required items needed to make the Emperor's Laurel Crown.

Required Items

• 1 Crown
• 2 Darkgreen Dyestuffs
• 20 Huge Leaf
• 40 Soft Blades of Grass

Rewards

Complete this quest and you will receive an Emperor's Laurel Crown.
