#Speak to the Guard Soldiers in Amatsu amatsu. He will tell you not to enter the house. In there is the master's mother and she has been sick for several months.
#:
#Now, go to the castle and find the Lord of Palace ama_in02 on the 4th floor. Tell him you heard his mother is sick. He will ask you to cure his mother.
#:
#After this, head back outside and go to a boy named Kouji near the walls amatsu. Speak to him twice.
#:
#Head North and go to the shrine ama_fild01.
#Talk to the NPC named Kitsune Mask ama_in01. He'll teach you how to get rid of the ghost.
#:
#Go into the house in step 1 amatsu. Speak to her until the ghost leaves. If you fail to get rid of the ghost each time you talk to her then she will kick you out; just keep trying. When you succeed, you will see dead Nine Tails. You will receive a .
#:
#*Note: It is possible to consecutively fail upwards of ~20x. If you talk to the small boy NPC Kouji again, he will mention the power of Acolytes, bears, and tigers.
#*Kitsune Mask NPC also mentions the power of animals.
#*The chance of successful exorcism may increase when having and in your inventory.
#Talk to the Lord of Palace again with a in your inventory as a proof. He'll thank you for your work, and give you a to the dungeon. The dungeon is located on the 5th floor. Simply walk up the ladder you see as you enter the 4th floor, and speak to the NPC waiting there, and he'll let you in.
#*Note: Do NOT try to use another character's to access the dungeon before or after doing the quest for yourself.
#*The guard at the dungeon entrance will realize that you are using a permit other than your own and take it.
#*It doesn't matter if you borrow a friend's permit or put one of your alternate character's permits into storage, the guard will take it regardless. This will leave you and the other character permitless.

Do NOT try to use another character's to access the dungeon before or after doing the quest for yourself. The guard at the dungeon entrance will realize that you are using a permit other than your own and take it. It doesn't matter if you borrow a friend's permit or put one of your alternate character's permits into storage--the guard will take it regardless. This will leave you and the other character permitless and very sad.

1. Firstly, head to the house located in Amatsu (Located at 168, 178). Two guards stand watch outside, speak to them both then head on inside the house. To the left you'll find an <span style="color:blue;">Old Woman</span>; speak to her and she'll, of course, boot you straight out.

2. Next you'll want to head to the upper left corner of the map and head to the ; walk up to the Fourth floor from here. Speak to the <span style="color:blue;">Lord of Palace</span> (Located at 200 176), located to your upper left, about his mother. He'll then ask you to cure her.

3. After this, head back outside and just slightly south right of the house you first went to, here you'll find a boy named <span style="color:blue;">Kouji</span> (Located at 189 165) near the walls. Speak to him twice.

4. Head north to . You need to make it to the north part of the map where the shrine is located. Watch out for the unfriendly and stalking that area.

If you're low level, ask politely if someone can help you or take some friends. Either that or take a fair supply of Fly Wings and Potions, you'll eventually make it directly in front of the shrine. From here, run inside like mad.

5. Talk to <span style="color:blue;">Kitsune Mask</span> (Located at 180 173). He'll teach you how to get rid of the ghost.

6. Now head back to the <span style="color:blue;">Old Lady</span> who kept booting you out. Speak to her until the the ghost leaves. If you fail to get rid of the ghost each time you talk to her then she will kick you out, just keep trying. When you succeed, you will see dead <span style="color:blue;">Ninetails</span> and get an item.

7. Take that item back to the castle, and talk to Lord of Palace again. He'll then thank you for your work, and give you a to the dungeon. The dungeon is located on the 5th floor. Simply walk up the ladder you see as you enter the 4th floor, and speak to the NPC waiting there, he'll let you in.
