Draws water under the caster to create a single 523 Holy Water from it. Requires the player to be in shallow water and each cast consumes an 713 Empty Bottle.
Notes
- This skill can be cast on Sage's Deluge and it does not consume the cells of it, so it is a viable alternative.
- This skill can also be cast on Ninja's Watery Evasion, but it will use the cells and they will be removed after casting.
